Having managed salespersons selling services or equipment, Gary always relied on a strong customer focus to properly and clearly identify needs before recommending a solution. As division sales manager of a food service equipment manufacturer, Gary gained valuable insight into the product design, development, manufacturing and marketing processes.

Joe began his career in a manufacturing and engineering environment with a major manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment. After some time with a job shop gear manufacturer, Joes career made a rather drastic change, into the sales/marketing arena, with several companies in the carbide industry. He progressed through the ranks to sales management, eventually reaching the status of vice president of sales.
Joe began his recruiting career in 1997 concentrating on the local market in Houston. Once Joe joined MRChampions, he broadened his market area significantly, specializing in the metal cutting, metal forming and machine tool industries, as well as some portions of the sealing products field, with special expertise in carbide and ceramic industries.
